Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. The WAPP plan connects the number you already use, via the same Linked Devices mechanism as WhatsApp Web. The WABA plan registers a number on Meta's official Business API — you can use a spare number or port your existing one.
How is this different from Pipedrive's native WhatsApp?
Pipedrive's built-in WhatsApp (beta) supports only the official API on higher plans. WASync works on any Pipedrive plan, supports both QR numbers and the official API side by side, auto-creates Persons and Leads with your rules, and mirrors history into Notes.
What happens when my trial ends?
Messaging pauses until you activate a license — €15/month per QR number or €25/month per official-API number, paid by card. Pay for 6 months and get 10% off; pay for 12 and get 2 months free.
