Either way, every conversation mirrors into Bitrix24 Open Lines and the CRM widget so your team replies from inside Bitrix24.

Tick it in the Contact Center, embed the widget, and visitors reach you on WhatsApp in one click, with every conversation landing in Open Lines and the CRM. It works during the trial and is removed automatically if a license expires.

Is my AI API key secure?

Yes. Your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before being stored. Keys are never written to logs, never sent to third parties, and are only decrypted in memory when an automation runs. You can rotate or remove your key at any time from the Settings page.

Who pays for AI usage?

You do — directly to your AI provider. AI automations are included on both plans using a bring-your-own-key model: you supply an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, and your AI usage is billed by that provider against your account. WASync never marks up, resells, or proxies AI tokens — your subscription covers the integration, prompt management, and execution inside Bitrix24.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing is available on both plans: WhatsApp QR at €150/year and WhatsApp Business API at €250/year. You pay for 10 months and get 2 months free — €12.50/month and €20.83/month respectively. Choose monthly or annual at checkout.

What happens after the trial?

After your 7-day trial you can choose a paid plan: WhatsApp QR from €15/month or WhatsApp Business API from €25/month. If you don't subscribe, your connection is paused but your data is preserved for 30 days.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No contracts, no commitments. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
