1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WASync ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WASync provides a WhatsApp ↔ Bitrix24 CRM integration service. You connect your WhatsApp number to Bitrix24 by scanning a QR code (WhatsApp Linked Devices), and the Service then lets you send and receive WhatsApp messages directly from Bitrix24, sync conversations with your CRM, automate WhatsApp workflows, and generate AI-powered messages from CRM data using your own AI provider API key.

3. Account Registration
Requirements and responsibilities
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Each user may only maintain one active account

14-Day Withdrawal Right

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at [email protected] with your cancellation request.

Currency Information

All prices are in EUR. If your card uses a different currency, your bank will apply their exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee. Check with your bank for details.

Payment Information Required

To complete your payment, you will need to provide: card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code, and cardholder name. This information is transmitted securely and stored only on Paynet's specialized payment servers - we never store your card details.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited activities that may result in termination

You may use the Service for lawful business purposes. You may NOT:

Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Distribute malware or harmful code
Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Engage in illegal activities or fraud

You must also comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy. Violations may result in your WhatsApp number being banned.

6. Data and Privacy
How we handle your information

You retain all rights to your data (messages, contacts, media files). We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Service depends on WhatsApp (Linked Devices session) and Bitrix24. When you use AI automations it also depends on your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). We are not responsible for outages caused by these third-party services, nor for AI billing disputes between you and your AI provider.

8. Termination
Cancellation and account closure

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Service will be disabled
  • Data retained for 30 days for potential recovery
  • After 30 days, all data permanently deleted
  • You may request data export before deletion
9. Legal
Liability, governing law, and disputes

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. WASync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages exceeding the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or in the courts of our jurisdiction.

Changes

We may modify these Terms with notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
