WhatsApp Integration for Bitrix24 Partners & Integrators — Partner Program
You already implement and resell Bitrix24. WASync is the WhatsApp connector you add on top: you pay 60% of list price and keep the other 40% — recurring, every month, for as long as the connection is active and your partner status is current.

The WASync Bitrix24 WhatsApp integration partner program is a reseller program for official Bitrix24 partners and integrators — companies that implement and resell Bitrix24 to their own clients. Partners buy every WhatsApp connection at 60% of list price, monthly or annual, and resell it at whatever price they set; at list price that leaves 40% as recurring margin, for as long as the connection is active and partner status is held. Partners never need a WhatsApp BSP contract of their own — WASync carries the relationship with Meta — and there is no white-label option: the app stays WASync-branded on the Bitrix24 Marketplace, while the client relationship, the implementation work and the price you set stay entirely yours.
WASync is a server application published on the Bitrix24 Marketplace by TDACRM Solutions SRL. It connects WhatsApp to Bitrix24 either by QR — linking a number the client already uses — or through the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta. Both run inside Open Lines and a CRM widget on Lead, Deal, Contact and Company.
See WASync on the Bitrix24 MarketplaceHow the partner program works
Three steps. There is no self-serve signup and no automated onboarding — a person reads your application and answers you in writing, within one business day.
- 1
Send the application form
Your company, your Bitrix24 partner status, the countries you work in and roughly how many client connections you expect. It takes about two minutes, and a person reads it.
- 2
Get partner pricing and your demo connection
Once you are approved, every connection you order is billed at 60% of list price — your clients' connections and the ones on your own portal, on monthly and annual plans alike. We also activate a free demo connection for demos and internal use, renewed each year you keep partner status.
- 3
Connect your clients
Install WASync on the client's Bitrix24 from the Marketplace and connect their number by QR or through the official WhatsApp Business API. Every client connection starts with a 7-day free trial, so the client sees it working in their own portal before anything is charged. You manage all of your clients' connections centrally.
What the partner console looks like
Every client portal, every connection, its licence and expiry, and what you pay versus what stays with you — on one screen inside your own Bitrix24. Demo data.

What margin do partners earn?
Nothing here is negotiated case by case and nothing is hidden behind a call. These are the public list prices, what you pay us, and what stays with you — per WhatsApp connection, per month, in USD.
| Plan | List price | Partner price (60%) | Your margin (40%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp QR | $19/mo | $11.40/mo | $7.60/mo |
| WhatsApp Business API (Meta) | $29/mo | $17.40/mo | $11.60/mo |
| Platform API + MCP add-on | $12/mo | $7.20/mo | $4.80/mo |
The 40% figure assumes you resell at list price. You set your own price to your client, so you can charge more and widen the margin, or fold WASync into an implementation or support package. Prices exclude VAT.
The Platform API + MCP add-on is priced per connection and sits on top of a WhatsApp QR or WhatsApp Business API connection; it is billed monthly. The partner discount applies to the connections on your own Bitrix24 too, not only to the ones you resell.
How does it work on annual plans?
Clients can pay yearly: $190 a year for WhatsApp QR and $290 a year for WhatsApp Business API — ten months paid, two months free. Your 60% is calculated on that discounted annual price, not on twelve months at list. The two free months are therefore yours as much as your client's.
| Annual plan | List price | Partner price (60%) | Your margin (40%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp QR | $190/yr | $114/yr | $76/yr |
| WhatsApp Business API (Meta) | $290/yr | $174/yr | $116/yr |
Worked through: your client pays $290 for a year of WhatsApp Business API, you pay us $174 for it, and $116 stays with you. The Platform API + MCP add-on has no annual price — it stays at $12 per connection per month, at 60% for you.
What the program is worth to an integrator
"40%" is a percentage; $7.60 a month is not a business. The subscription margin is the recurring floor under the account — the part that arrives whether or not you did any work that month. The rest of the revenue is the work you already sell around a CRM channel.
The recurring floor
Twelve client connections on WhatsApp Business API, resold at list price: $348 a month comes in from your clients, $208.80 goes to us, and $139.20 a month stays with you — about $1,670 a year of recurring margin, on the conditions set out above. At thirty-five connections the margin is $406 a month, roughly $4,872 a year. A mixed QR-and-API portfolio lands lower per connection and works the same way.
The part you actually price
Around every one of those connections sits work an integrator already bills for. We do not set any of these prices, and we do not take a share of them:
- Setup and number onboarding — QR linking, or Meta Business verification and WABA registration for an official API number — at your setup fee.
- Open Lines and routing configuration: queues, working hours, transfers, responsible-person rules — part of your implementation quote.
- Automation: WhatsApp robots on lead and deal workflows, Chat Flows bots, template messages for the Business API — usually the largest line on the invoice, and the one clients come back to extend.
- Training the sales team on the CRM widget — your standard training session.
- Monthly support and administration — the retainer that a live customer channel gives you a reason to sell.
Put plainly: the connection margin pays for itself quietly in the background, and the WhatsApp channel gives you a reason to be in the client's portal every month. That combination is the offer, not the 40% on its own.
How do you keep partner status?
The program is built for integrators who actively put WhatsApp in front of their Bitrix24 clients — not for licence collectors who register once and disappear. So there is one bar, it is public, and it is the same for everyone.
Partner status is reviewed once a year. At each annual review, a partner needs at least three distinct client accounts, each with at least one paid active connection. Trials, cancelled subscriptions and your own free demo connection do not count towards the three.
Partner pricing — and therefore the 40% — runs for as long as your status is current. While you hold it, every connection you order is at 60% and the difference is yours. If status ends, the discount ends with it. We would rather write that on the page than let anyone discover it at a review.
Your free demo connection renews every year while you hold partner status — the way an NFR licence works in the Bitrix24 partner program you already know. It is for demos and internal use, and it never counts towards the three paying clients.
We do not spring the review on anyone. Around month nine or ten, if you are below the bar, we write to you and tell you exactly where you stand — that leaves two to three months to close the gap.
If the bar is not met, partner status ends, and with it the 60% pricing and the renewal of your demo connection. Your clients keep working — they simply move to a direct subscription with us at list price, billed by us, on the same connections and the same numbers. Nothing is switched off and nobody's WhatsApp stops. What you lose is the margin, not the client's service. You are welcome to apply again once the client base is there.
Why Bitrix24 partners choose WASync
A native Bitrix24 Marketplace app
A server application your client installs from the Bitrix24 Marketplace, published by TDACRM Solutions SRL. Nothing for them to host, no middleware for you to maintain.
QR and the official API in one product
The client can start by linking a number the team already uses, and move to the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta later. Same app, same widget, same training material.
A 7-day free trial on every client connection
You demo on your own connection, then the client trials WASync in their own portal before anyone pays. It shortens the conversation considerably.
Central management of your clients' connections
See and manage every connection you have deployed from one place, instead of signing into each client's portal to check whether their number is still online.
A public data processing agreement
Your client's legal or compliance team can read our DPA before anyone signs anything — it is published on this site, not sent on request. Read the DPA
What your clients get
Two-way WhatsApp inside Bitrix24: conversations arrive in Open Lines and route by the rules the client already uses, and a WhatsApp widget sits on Lead, Deal, Contact and Company so the sales team never leaves the CRM. Text, media, files and voice notes travel both ways. Automation robots send WhatsApp messages from lead and deal workflows, including AI-generated text and Meta-approved templates on Business API connections. Per-connection permissions decide which employee sees which number.
The full feature list, the setup steps you will walk through on each client's portal, and the public list prices are all documented — worth reading before your first demo.
Partner program FAQ
- How can a Bitrix24 partner resell WhatsApp integration?
- Bitrix24 partners and integrators join the WASync partner program, pay 60% of list price per WhatsApp connection, and resell to their own clients at whatever price they set — keeping 40% as recurring margin at list price. There is no white-label option and no self-serve signup: you send the partner application form and a person answers you within one business day.
- Do I need to be an official Bitrix24 partner to join?
- The program is designed for active Bitrix24 partners and integrators — companies that implement and resell Bitrix24 to their own clients. That is who the pricing and the annual review are built around. If you work with Bitrix24 clients but are not a registered partner, apply anyway and tell us what you do.
- Do I need to be a WhatsApp BSP?
- No. We carry the relationship with Meta, so you do not need to be a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider or hold your own contract with Meta in order to sell WASync. Meta's own per-message fees apply on top of the subscription, exactly as they do for any user of the official WhatsApp Business API.
- Is there a white-label option?
- No, and we would rather say so plainly. WASync is published under its own name on the Bitrix24 Marketplace, and the app your client installs is WASync-branded. What is yours is the part that matters commercially: the client relationship, the implementation work, the price you set and the invoice your client receives from you.
- Does the partner discount apply to annual plans?
- Yes, and to the discounted annual price rather than to twelve months at list. WhatsApp Business API is $290 a year at list, so you pay $174 and keep $116; WhatsApp QR is $190 a year at list, so you pay $114 and keep $76. The two free months in an annual plan benefit you as well as your client. You still bill your client yourself, at whatever price you set, and each client connection still starts with a 7-day free trial.
- How long does the free demo connection last?
- It renews every year for as long as you hold partner status — the same idea as an NFR licence in the Bitrix24 partner program. It is meant for demos and internal use, and it does not count towards the three paying clients required at the annual review. If partner status ends, the demo connection is not renewed.
- What happens to my clients if I lose partner status?
- Your clients keep working. Their connections move to a direct subscription with WASync at list price, billed by us — same numbers, same Open Lines, nothing switched off. What ends is your 60% pricing, your margin on those subscriptions and the renewal of your demo connection. We write to you around month nine or ten if you are below the bar, so a review is never a surprise, and you can apply again once the client base is there.
- What support do partners get?
- Written support, by email and chat. A connection that will not link, a template Meta rejected, a question about a client's setup — all of it is answered in writing, where both sides can re-read the details later. We do not run sales calls or scheduled demos.
