# WASync > WASync connects WhatsApp to Bitrix24 CRM. Reply to WhatsApp directly from Bitrix24 Open Lines and the CRM widget, automate messages with Bitrix24 robots (including AI-generated text and Meta-approved templates), and connect either by QR with your existing number or via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta). From $19/month with a 7-day free trial. WASync is a Bitrix24 Marketplace application (a server-side integration) built by TDACRM Solutions SRL. It uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Bitrix24 REST APIs; it is not otherwise affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. ## What it does - Two ways to connect: by QR (link your existing number, like WhatsApp Web) or via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud). - Two-way messaging inside Bitrix24: through Open Lines and a CRM widget on Lead, Deal, Contact and Company. - Send and receive text, media, files and voice notes. - AI message automation: Bitrix24 robots generate personalized WhatsApp messages from CRM data using your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google (Gemini) API key. AI is available on paid plans; your key is encrypted at rest and never marked up or resold. - Meta-approved message templates sent from lead and deal automations (for WhatsApp Business API connections). - WhatsApp voice calls on the official Business API: incoming calls ring on the Bitrix24 call card and are answered in Bitrix24, outbound calls start from the CRM widget, and every call is logged to the CRM timeline. The discount applies to the partner's own connections too. - List prices the discount applies to: WhatsApp QR $19/month, WhatsApp Business API (Meta) $29/month, Platform API + MCP add-on $12/month. Every client connection still starts with a 7-day free trial. - Partner price and margin, per connection per month: WhatsApp QR $11.40 partner price / $7.60 margin; WhatsApp Business API (Meta) $17.40 / $11.60; Platform API + MCP add-on $7.20 / $4.80. - Each partner gets one free DEMO connection for one year, for demos and internal use. - Qualification: partner status is reviewed annually. Keeping the status, the discount and the free DEMO connection requires at least 3 distinct client accounts, each with at least one paid active connection, at each annual review. Partners below the bar are notified around month 9-10. Falling short ends the status, the discount and the DEMO connection; clients' existing subscriptions continue at list price. - Partners manage their clients' connections centrally, set their own resale price and bill their own clients.
