> WASync connects WhatsApp to Bitrix24 CRM. WASync is a Bitrix24 Marketplace application (a server-side integration) built by TDACRM Solutions SRL. It uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Bitrix24 REST APIs; it is not otherwise affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

## What it does
- Two ways to connect: by QR (link your existing number, like WhatsApp Web) or via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud).
- Two-way messaging inside Bitrix24: through Open Lines and a CRM widget on Lead, Deal, Contact and Company.
- Send and receive text, media, files and voice notes.
- AI message automation: Bitrix24 robots generate personalized WhatsApp messages from CRM data using your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google (Gemini) API key. AI is available on paid plans; your key is encrypted at rest and never marked up or resold.
- Meta-approved message templates sent from lead and deal automations (for WhatsApp Business API connections).
- WhatsApp group ⟷ Bitrix24 chat bridge.
- Per-connection team permissions for multi-user access.
